  • As a big fan of the wild west I have to say a big thanks to all who helped to establish the Pioneer Museum now almost 40 years ago back in 1971. If it was not for people like this a lot of our heritage and culture would disappear. We have to hold on to our roots and show our children just what we all came from and places like the Pioneer Museum is places that we will all endeavour to keep close to our hearts.

    I hope this website will come close to giving some of the information needed to a successful journey into the past, as I say I am a big fan so I hope this goes a short way of the long journey ahead.
